Thank you for sharing with those whose need is greatest (March 2015)

A huge thank you to everyone who responded to the notice in intimation sheets in January and February about donating men’s clothes and shoes to homeless men and those on the breadline via Edinburgh's Care Van and night shelters. Bags of clothes were collected over several weeks and three car loads taken to Bethany in Leith where they were gratefully received. The Care Van, funded by Bethany and Edinburgh City Mission and staffed by volunteer teams, distributes food at lunchtime three days a week and soup, clothes and blankets 364 nights a year.
